Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship using Canada Post, Number 8 freight and Canpar for deliveries, depending on size and location of shipment. We will call with quote on shipping larger items.
Placing an Order
Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can also email or speak with one of our staff over the phone (604-824-2670) to get the answers to any questions you may have.
Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Amex as methods of payment online. All orders are subject to our verification process to authorize valid payment. In order to prevent fraudulent activity, we must verify all "Bill To" and "Ship To" addresses. Please make sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number that corresponds with the credit card you are using. An error in the information submitted may cause a delay in the shipment or may have your order cancelled completely.
In the event that the site detects potential fraudulent patterns as defined by our fraud detection rules, one of our representatives will contact you directly to verify your purchase. These fraud rules are put in place to safeguard you, our valued customers.

If an order is deemed "Undeliverable" by one of our shipping partners it will be returned to our store at your cost. Once the parcel is returned to the store, you will be refunded in full minus all shipping related costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Reasons a package may be deemed undeliverable but are limited to:
- Address or postal code was incorrect
- No one was home to sign for the package
- Address has a block on shipments
- Package was damaged or would not fit on the delivery vehicle
- Shipping partner was unable to access the property
- Package was damaged during transit
- Package was refused by someone at your location
- The shipping company deemed that there was no safe location to leave the package
Average delivery times range from 3-8 business days.
Select products online will have oversized charges due to the size and / or weight of the item. These items are subject to an oversized shipping charge based on the item size and weight. Large or "bulk" quantities of items may be subject to additional shipping charges, in this case you will be contacted directly about this once your order has been recieved.
All orders are subject to a flat rate of $15.50 - $20. We Ship to both Canada and the USA. USA charges are sent Canada post with a flat fee of $20 - oversized items apply the same in both Canada & USA. Shipping costs are subject to change without notice. We ship the majority of our packages Canada Post.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We strive to have all orders shipped out the next business day. Due to this we are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been placed. Before placing an order, please ensure all your information is correct before submitting.
Once an order has been cancelled, we are unable to reinstate the order. It is recommended that you replace the order online.
Shipping Address Change
Once an order has been processed, we are unable to change or edit a shipping address. You may cancel the order, provided it has not shipped, and replace the order online. There may be a fee associated with the cancellation of the order.
Returns & Refund Policy
All sales are final and there are no refunds. If the item is to be exchanged due to wrong sizing etc. the shipping will be charged to the customer for this. We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at 604-824-2670 with details of the product and the defect. After receiving a Return Merchandise Number, you can send the item you consider defective to:
