How do you ship your orders?
We generally use Canada post to ship our orders in Canada and the USA. We do our shipping 3 days a week and you can expect to get your order within 2 weeks time.
Can I order Online and use my Status Card for Tax Exemption?
We do not have that option at this point, however if you have shopped with us before you can call us 604-824-2670 and we may be able to process your order that way.
If you are wanting to order and you are a First Nation or band within Canada, email us with your order at: [email protected] and we will reach out to you and process it with you. There are some exceptions, but most times we can accommodate.
How can I order items for a large event or company gifting etc.?
We can absolutely help you! Email us with the information of your event: date, location, type of gifts or give aways you are looking for along with any other pertinent information and we can send you some ideas etc. If you know the items and are wanting to order, we can put a quote together for you and once approved we order in for you. Depending on the items and where we source them from we can typically put it together within 2 weeks, sometimes quicker.

Can I buy Gift Cards online?
Yes! We offer gift card purchases online, these can be used either in store OR online.
Gift cards don't expire either so they are a wonderful gift idea! To purchase just click on the "Gift Card" selection on the home page, from there you can choose an amount OR do a custom amount of your choosing, then click on one of the gift card graphic options you would like.
Complete purchase as you would when purchasing items online. Print your gift card or send to the recipient via email.
Where do you ship to?
We ship within North America only at this time.
Any duties or additional fees that may occur at the border for shipments to the USA are to be paid by the recipient or person placing the order.
